Bourbon Milk Punch
The BOURBON MILK PUNCH is not especially a punch, but could easily be in a punch bowl during holidays or football playoffs. Just multiply out the proportions. It is milky-delicious like eggnog while eliminating the unnecessary fat and sugar that traditional eggnog incorporates.
Requirements: bourbon, whole milk, vanilla extract, simple syrup, nutmeg for garnish
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 3 oz. whole milk
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- nutmeg for garnish
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake to chill and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
Comments: For a richer drink, half-&-half can be substituted for whole milk. This is a simple and delicious choice for a holiday cocktail.
