Matcha Gin

The MATCHA GIN cocktail is a wonderfully refreshing cocktail for those who enjoy pineapple-flavored drinks. Japanese matcha powder adds a richness to the mix, giving it an unusual green color and is a welcome addition to the world of gin cocktails.

Requirements: Dry gin, matcha powder, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup

• 2 oz. gin
• 1.5 oz. pineapple juice
• 1 oz. lime juice (or juice from 1/2 lime)
• 1/4 teaspoon matcha powder
• 1 teaspoon agave syrup

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain immediately into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
