Bourbon Milk Punch

The BOURBON MILK PUNCH is not especially a punch, but could easily be in a punch bowl during the holidays — just multiply out the proportions. This is a new discovery here, and now a favorite for the holidays. It is milky-delicious like eggnog while eliminating the unnecessary fat and sugar that traditional eggnog incorporates.

Requirements: bourbon, whole milk, vanilla extract, simple syrup, nutmeg for garnish

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 3 oz. whole milk
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • nutmeg for garnish

Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake to chill and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with nutmeg.

Comments: For a richer drink, half-&-half can be substituted for whole milk. This is a simple and delicious choice for a holiday cocktail.
