Keet’s Cocktails posts about half of the recipes which are tried & tested, some only after making adjustments to an existing mix. Many are crossed off the list if they’re just not good or too simple to bother (e.g., Rum & Coke). Here are some cocktails on deck:
- Boomer: gin, apricot liqueur, dry vermouth, lemon juice, Peychaud’s bitters, lemon twist
- Little Rebel: scotch, lemon juice, grenadine, egg white
- 1906 Martini, from Gary Regan: gin, orange Curacao, lemon twist
